Idaho Braces for Warmer Days, Cooler Weekend Ahead

The US National Weather Service in Boise, Idaho, today shared an update on temperatures for the coming week. Warmer than normal daytime conditions are expected tomorrow and Friday, with most areas seeing temperatures in the upper 50s.

The forecast for Baker City shows a morning low of 37°F and an afternoon high of 55°F on Wednesday, rising to a morning low of 37°F and an afternoon high of 56°F on Thursday. Boise is expected to have a morning low of 45°F and an afternoon high of 61°F on Wednesday before dipping to a morning low of 37°F and an afternoon high of 38°F on Thursday.

Other cities will experience similar weather. Burns is forecast for a morning low of 34°F with an afternoon high of 59°F on Wednesday, dropping to a low of 26°F and a high of 56°F on Thursday. Caldwell is expected to reach a morning low of 45°F and an afternoon high of 63°F on Wednesday, then a morning low of 35°F with an afternoon high of 58°F on Thursday. Fairfield will experience a morning low of 36°F and an afternoon high of 53°F on Wednesday, followed by a morning low of 28°F and an afternoon high of 52°F on Thursday.

Over the weekend, temperatures are expected to cool. Overall, citizens can expect warmer daytime weather at least through Friday, with drier and slightly cooler conditions returning on Saturday and Sunday.
