The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA has released its group exercise schedule for the week of September 7–13, 2025 at its Turner Street location in Lewiston, Maine.

On Sunday, September 7, the schedule includes Group Power at 8:00 AM with Deseree Davis and Group Blast at 9:15 AM with Alyssa Nile.

Monday, September 8 features a Morning Boost at 5:30 AM led by Marcie Hird (substitute), Group Active at 9:00 AM with Kimbre Varney, The Works at 12:00 PM with Cindy Hathorne, another session of Group Active at 5:15 PM with Kimbre Varney, Group Power at 5:15 PM with Jennifer Grenier, and Hatha Yoga at 6:30 PM with Holly Gurney.

Tuesday, September 9’s schedule starts with Cycle at 5:30 AM presented by Katy Hunter and HIIT at 12:00 PM with Cindy Hathorne.

On Wednesday, September 10, there is Speed and Agility at 5:30 AM with Marcie Hird, Pilates/Yoga at 7:00 AM with Tish Caldwell, Streaming Group Blast at 9:00 AM, and Fit + Fun at 9:15 AM with Becky Walker.

Thursday, September 11 offers Bootcamp at 5:30 AM with Marcie Hird, Yoga Foundations at 8:00 AM with Tish Caldwell, Group Active at 12:00 PM with Alyssa Nile, The Works at 4:15 PM with Cindy Hathorne, and Zumba at 5:15 PM with Kendil Snow-Black.

The schedule ends on Friday, September 12, with a Mobility session.
