YMCA September Schedule: Group Exercise and Pickleball
The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA in Lewiston, Maine has released its group exercise schedule for the week of September 14 to September 20, 2025. The schedule includes a variety of classes led by different instructors. On Sunday, September 14, the YMCA will offer Group Power at 8:00 AM with Deseree Davis and Group Blast at 9:15 AM with Alyssa Nile.
On Monday, September 15, the schedule begins with Morning Boost at 5:30 AM, taught by Nicole Oberlander (substitute), followed by Group Active at 9:00 AM with Kimbre Varney. The Works is scheduled for 12:00 PM with Cindy Hathorne and another session of Group Power at 5:15 PM with Jennifer Grenier. Hatha Yoga will be held at 6:30 PM with Holly Gurney.
Tuesday, September 16, opens with Cycle at 5:30 AM with Katy Hunter. HIIT is planned for 12:00 PM with Cindy Hathorne, with Group Active returning at 5:15 AM with Kimbre Varney.
Wednesday, September 17, will have Speed and Agility at 5:30 AM with Marcie Hird and Pilates/Yoga at 7:00 AM with Tish Caldwell. A streaming version of Group Blast is available at 9:00 AM followed by Fit + Fun at 9:15 AM with Becky Walker.
Thursday, September 18, begins with Bootcamp at 5:30 AM, again with Marcie Hird. Yoga Foundations will take place at 8:00 AM with Tish Caldwell, followed by Group Active at 12:00 PM with Kimbre Varney (substitute). The Works is held at 4:15 PM with Cindy Hathorne, and Zumba at 5:15 PM with Kendil Snow-Black.
In addition to the group exercise classes, the YMCA is hosting drop-in Pickleball on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the gymnasium at 62 Turner Street. Pickleball events are open to all ages and abilities, and more information is available on the YMCA website.
