Idaho Heat Soars Amid Thunderstorm Threats
The US National Weather Service in Boise, Idaho, has forecast a warm-up in temperatures through Tuesday, along with an increase in the chance of thunderstorms. According to the latest outlook, several locations across the region will see high temperatures rising until Tuesday.
For example, Boise is projected to reach 92°F on Sunday, 98°F on Monday, and hit 102°F on Tuesday before cooling slightly later in the week. Baker City will experience highs of 85°F on Sunday, increasing to 92°F on Monday and 94°F on Tuesday, then falling to 88°F by Wednesday.
Other areas such as Caldwell will see similar trends with forecasted highs of 93°F on Sunday, 99°F on Monday, and 102°F on Tuesday, before temperatures gradually decrease. Burns is also set to experience temperatures reaching 88°F on Sunday, 94°F on Monday, and 98°F on Tuesday, then cooling to 89°F on Wednesday.
The forecast highlights that while some locations will experience rising temperatures midweek, conditions including increased thunderstorm chances should be monitored as the week progresses.
