Boise VA Announces Fall 2025 Flu Shot Schedule

Boise VA Medical Center has announced its fall 2025 flu shot schedule for enrolled Veterans. The center will begin offering flu shots in mid-September at Primary Care Clinics and Community Based Outpatient Clinics, as well as through dedicated fall flu clinics.

At Boise VA Main Campus, Veterans can receive their flu shot at several designated locations. The drive-thru station will be available at Flagpole Loop from October 1st to October 4th between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM, with new Saturday hours added. Walk-up tents will be set up at the Main Entrance and Building 114 Behavioral Health, serving from September 29th to October 10th from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Evening clinic walk-ins will be available in Building 88 – Orange Team from October 6th to October 9th between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Additional flu shot services include outpatient clinics. Mountain Home will offer drive-thru and walk-up services on October 3rd from 9 AM to 3 PM. Caldwell will provide drive-thru services from October 6th to October 10th from 8 AM to 3 PM. Twin Falls will run a drive-thru service on October 10th from 8:30 AM to 3 PM at the John Day Elks location.

Veterans are encouraged to bring their VA ID card and wear clothing that allows for easy access to the shoulder. Veterans aged 65 or older are advised to receive the high dose vaccine.
