**Women in Law Enforcement Career Workshop Scheduled for April 5**

The Women in Law Enforcement Career Workshop is set to take place on Saturday, April 5, at Boise State University (BSU) Campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is free of charge and open to anyone interested in exploring a career in law enforcement.

The workshop will address both real and perceived challenges that women may face when pursuing a career in this field. Representatives from law enforcement agencies throughout the state will be present to share key insights, provide strategies for success in the hiring process, and discuss navigating a career in law enforcement.

For those unable to attend in person, there will be opportunities to connect with both sworn and non-sworn women of the Caldwell Police Department.
