**Fayetteville Police Department Celebrates Chief Braden's Retirement**

FAYETTEVILLE, NC — The Fayetteville Police Department (FPD) held a special luncheon today to honor Chief Braden for his service and dedication to the Chaplain Program and community engagement. Organized by the Fayetteville Police Chaplains, the event recognized the Chief's contributions to strengthening connections between faith leaders and the community.

Through initiatives such as *Faith and Action*, the department, along with the Chaplain Program, has worked to bring critical resources to residents in need. As a token of appreciation for his commitment, Chief Braden was presented with a plaque highlighting his leadership and efforts.

Additionally, Community Affairs Sergeant Caldwell was recognized for her contributions to the Chaplain Program. Sgt. Caldwell received both a plaque and a commemorative framed photograph in honor of her dedication.

The Fayetteville Police Department emphasized the importance of collaborating with faith leaders to create safer neighborhoods and extend support to the community. The program remains a key effort in fostering meaningful relationships between law enforcement and local organizations.

This event highlighted the department's commitment to continuing these partnerships and celebrating those who make them possible.
